Fees
If you do not have insurance or do not wish to use your insurance coverage, fees are as follows:
Individual Therapy, Initial 45m assessment: $245
Individual Therapy, Standard 53m session: $200
Accepted forms of payment include all major credit/debit cards. All fees are charged at the beginning of each session.

attendance & Cancellation Policy
New patients are expected to attend recurring weekly appointments, unless other arrangements are clinically indicated and discussed at the outset of treatment. Typically, bi-weekly or monthly appointments are only permitted for established patients once progress has been achieved with treatment goals and objectives. All late cancellations (notice of 48 hours or less) or no-shows to appointments incur a penalty fee; $50 for the first occurrence, $75 for a second occurrence and $100 for all additional occurrences. If you cancel (early or late), you may request an open appointment slot within the same week based on availability.
Teletherapy
My practice is online-based, which means that I treat patients via HIPAA compliant online video platforms. I am certified in telehealth practice by the Zur Institute. I am fully licensed in NY, NM, NV and hold a telehealth license from FL, verifiable at http://www.flhealthsource.gov/telehealth. Good Faith Estimate
If you do not have insurance or opt out of using insurance to cover services, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) at least one business day before you receive services. The GFE is a document detailing how much your non-emergency medical care will likely cost. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
